Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. This role requires proficiency in welding and the operation of various fabrication equipment, as well as the ability to interpret engineering drafts and solve problems creatively. Key Responsibilities: • Perform high-quality welding operations with precision and efficiency • Operate manufacturing equipment including plasma table, press brake, shear, band saw, welders, and grinders • Read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely and in accordance with company standards • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while complying with OSHA regulations • Innovate and problem-solve during fabrication and assembly processes • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals • Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing production needs | Benefits |
