| We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, TX. This full-time position plays a key role in producing high-quality finished products through proper surface preparation, undercoating, and topcoat application. Key Responsibilities: - Apply undercoats and topcoats using air-powered paint sprayers - Measure, mix, and apply paint according to proper paint ratios - Experience with automotive body fillers, such as Bondo - Ensure consistent quality and finish with attention to detail and precision - Clean and maintain painting equipment - Follow OSHA safety standards, including PPE usage - Operate forklifts as needed - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals | Education |
